Floyd is an excellent boxer and he'll go down as being one of the most talented boxers to ever step into the ring, but if the pacquiao fight doesn't happen then he'll also be remembered as the fighter that ducked pacquiao. Floyds excuse of health comes first doesn't help him much either. I understand his health does come first, but it doesn't sound very confident when talking about another boxer that you so far haven't boxed.
