Floyd settled w/ Pac to keep his drug test results secret. Pretty much tells you all you need to know.

...that Arum is using him as a bargaining chip to line his own pockets? Maybe, if Pacquiao isn't fighting on May 2nd, he'll wake up and smell the roses...

Even though I believe that Floyd has chosen the May 2nd as a date to **** of Bob Arum, If I was Pacquiao, I would demand Bob Arum to cancel the Canelo fight on that date to favour the Floyd fight. No way should the biggest purse fight not happen because of one day in the whole year. That's crazy.

Pacquiao is a bargaining chip for HBO and Top Rank. Canelo Alvarez is a bargaining chip for Golden Boy. And Mayweather is a bargaining chip for Showtime and Al Haymon.

sadly boxers are not the brightest breed of sportsman on the planet and sign up to ridiculous contract terms for the majority of their career , end result being they are told when , where and who to fight and have very little say in the matter . remember these guys come from poverty and when a promoter waves 100k in your face to sign with him which is more money than your whole family has ever seen combined in 20 years it is very hard to turn down and basically your whole career is mapped out . these old school promoters know all the tricks and will bleed every last cent out of you before your contract expires .

sadly old bob wont get his huge payday in this particular case as mayweather has no intentions of going anywhere near manny .

I believe that all the p4p guys are using. Except, I think Pacquiao stopped after 2009 when Floyd called him out, otherwise he'd still be hulking out knocking everybody silly. Meanwhile, Floyd continues to use because he's a hypocrite.

Pacquiao should of known this when he was assigned a TOP RANK advisor and especially after he had that financial company do investigating and tell him he was being ripped off.

Unfortunately both floyd and PAC will end up just like they started, broke. I really hope I'm wrong but both seem to be extremely bad with money.

Those seven year contracts are a bit ridiculous when a fighter's career is usually ten to fifteen years.

But I think Bob has gotten good paydays out of Pacquiao and Shiming in Macau. That place is a goldmine right now.

Everyone in boxing is using each other as a bargaining chip to line his or her own pockets. You must be a dumb ass idiot to not see that. Do you think Haymon works with Floyd for free and to not line his own pockets? :patsch

Never had a trainer who totally discredits pacquiao. What a respectable coach you must be.
