I'm not defending anything. You guys are constantly jumping the gun and having double standards. You keep saying I'm defending Floyd when really I'm just pointing out your double standards.

Notice I don't tell people anything when they say Floyd is scared because frankly, he looks like a *****. So tell me again how I'm a fl0mo?

Did pacquiao fought and beat Margarito before?

The one I quoted supports the Cotto fight. Please backread carefully and don't just comment without thought.

Exactly! Everything you just said. Arum should say, OK, May 2nd, let's do it. Then let's see what Floyd does. If everyone is so confident Floyd is scared and Pacquiao wins, call his bluff.

First off all you hear about is that Pacquiao's multiple fights with MAB, EM, & JMM are the greatest thing ever.

I have to see how it plays out like I said the #1 fight that should happen is May/Pac, but it's looking like a 2012 repeat right now where Pac/TR were talking BIG but as soon as Mayweather actually called out Pac they tuck tail and we get stuff like. ...we can't fight because of Vegas, we can't fight because of money (even though you'll fight for free), can't fight in May???.

I mean I understand having a backup plan but look at there backups,
Mayweather's are guys like Khan, Cotto...Pacquiao's are guys like Varges, M.Garcia.....there not even fighting on the same level so it's hard to say the guy who's fighting A-/B+ level guys is holding up the fight vs the guy fighting B-/D level guy's.

Historically the second biggest fight Mayweather could take right now is Cotto should Cotto beat Canelo it would be even bigger. The #1 fight that should happen is May/Pac I don't even see how this is even an issue.

Whether Pac fought him before is irrelevant. I was referring to the weight.

He supports the fight, BUT HE ALREADY SAID MAY-PAC NEEDS TO COME FIRST.

I think maybe you need to read and stop ducking my other question in the other thread.

Are you inside a cave for the past week? It was widely reported that Pac's camp was doing all the negotiations while Floyd's camp seems disinterested with Pac and sending feelers for a Cotto fight.

Just like Pac did with Clottey... I can guarantee you that Pac already has ongoing negotiations with Jessie Vargas.

How could Cotto beat Canelo if he's trying to **** this matchup by negotiating with Cotto's team instead of Pacquiao's team? :huh

Find me a reputable source of that currently happening. :deal

I can find you a reputable source that current negotiations between Pac and Floyd's camp is one way from Pac's camp only and Floyd's camp is instead offering Cotto a fight next. :deal

So you think Pac's side is ONLY entertaining offers with Floyd? You don't think they have a backup?

Quit ducking the question. Why hasn't Arum called his bluff about May 2nd?

Canelo, Oscar and Arum prefers May2 for the Cotto-Canelo fight. It's understandable from his point of view since this fight needs all the help it can get. Pac-Floyd could be made anyday and anytime and it would still break records.

But for your peace of mind, the other promoter, Oscar has been on record saying they will move the Cotto-Canelo fight once the Pac-Floyd fight gets signed.

My question for you is this. How could the Pac-Floyd fight be signed if Floyd's camp is more interested in a Cotto rematch than a Pacquiao fight?

Pac issue the challenge. So he would want Floyd as his next fight.

Floyd supposed to have accepted it. But it seems Haymon has some other plan and it's seems that it's not a backup.

A Cotto/Canelo fight needs all the help it can get? Yeah because the evidence shows, Mexicans could give zero ****s on watching it unless it's in May. Come on now.

How do we know Floyd has no interest in fighting Pac? Have negotiations even taken place? All your going off of is heresay, rumors, gossip, idle talk, etc. from unnamed sources. I always take that with a grain of salt no matter who reports it. No concrete evidence has been reported about anything.

Floyd/Cotto have talks is exactly what you would expect when a fighter can't make the biggest fight possible. He moves on to his next biggest option.

The difference between me and you is that I don't make snap judgements. I wait to see how things play out. Until contracts are signed everything is just smoke and mirrors.

There's more to it than just "accepting a challenge".
