Cotto makes about $20+ million fighting Floyd, fight brings in 1.4 mil PPVs.

Pacquiao can make about $40+ million fighting Floyd, fight projected to bring in 3 mil PPVs.

Twice as many PPVs but Pac wants more than twice what Cotto got paid. Is that simple enough for you?

Cotto got what 10-15mil, Canelo 10-15mil, Maidana/Guerrero 1-4mil MAX for there fights with Mayweather, Pacquiao has turned down 40mil MIN for a fight clearly he's not treating them like there on the same level...only difference is one says yes the other says no.

Manny vs Vargas is indescribably terrible. I am not a Floyd fan, but he's come nowhere near as poor of a matchup as that.

Now Pac vs Crawford is a whole different story. I think Crawford could be a nightmare for Pac at this point in their respective careers.

 

I got np with a Mayweather/Cotto fight. I would buy it if it wasn't for the fact its blatant duck. If Manny had retired I would buy it. But Manny is here stalking him trying to get him into the ring.

That´s why I urge all boxing fans to boycut Mayweather next fight unless its Manny. Boxing is at a crossroad either we the fans protect the legacy of boxing or we give up and watch boxing become more of a farce then it already is.
