Froch already made that clear. Either cashing out in Vegas or retirement.

Froch has to be the favourite but Degale brings a style that Froch could be uncomfortable with.

It's a good fight.

 

Don't get why the IBF wouldn't let him fight Chavez instead of degale, would get far more in sanctioning fees

Degale is a mediocre puncher and his style is tailor made for Froch. Degale sits on the ropes way too much and anyone who understands boxing should realise that is where Froch is most dangerous.

 

I prefer Froch vs Degale than Froch vs Chavez. Chavez is the most overrated fighter in the sport.

 

Not that I care but I do find it amazing that the IBF keep ordering Froch to do stuff. It's almost as if they want him to vacate the title.

you do wonder why their not this firm against Peterson etc, who seems to have held on to his belt for ages without fighting anyone good, and losing and failing a drugs test, and not making weight too.

ibf belt, or no ibf belt, froch is the biggest name in the division though it doesn't change too much.

 

they know froch brings more dollar than half the american fighters that own an ibf belt
