What's your take on Carl's situation? You reckon he'll retire or face Degale? For me, I'd love to see them duke it out. Nothing better than two arrogant idiots knocking the stuffing out of each other! But I think Carl will retire. Eddie failed to secure him his dream fight/ending, and he's faced a young lion in his last two fights (and is financially set AND Degale brings nothing to the table in terms of belts etc), so I reckon he will retire (which would be the best way to end his care after the Wembley fight). What do you reckon?
Eddie Hearn knew this was going to happen, he's mentioned it ****ing numerous times in his interviews with IFLTV
Froch has to be the favourite but Degale brings a style that Froch could be uncomfortable with. It's a good fight.

How? Degale is a mediocre puncher and his style is tailor made for Froch. Degale sits on the ropes way too much and anyone who understands boxing should realise that is where Froch is most dangerous.
Not that I care but I do find it amazing that the IBF keep ordering Froch to do stuff. It's almost as if they want him to vacate the title.
ibf think degale brings the cash froch and groves made trying to milk the british public as they struggle to make a dollar with the american boxing fans seems the ibf knows where the new home of boxing is
you do wonder why their not this firm against Peterson etc, who seems to have held on to his belt for ages without fighting anyone good, and losing and failing a drugs test, and not making weight too. ibf belt, or no ibf belt, froch is the biggest name in the division though it doesn't change too much.
they know froch brings more dollar than half the american fighters that own an ibf belt if it dont make money it dont make sense
If Froch vacates his belt not to fight Degale then he should be ashamed of himself. He's been ducking Degale for ages.
