Who doesn't love a chocolate bourbon

 

They are a lovely biscuit,arguably the nicest of the cheaper variety of biscuits

 

I don't think you can go far wrong with a jammy dodger.

Jammy dodgers are nice but £4£ I'd say bourbons are better,you get a lot more bourbons to the £ than dodgers

 

A few of my triathlete friends eat a single plain McDonald's burger before an event. They say it's a lot of calories without weighing them down. And it's the only time they will go anywhere near fast food.

The grease in the burgers helps them to float also.i know a farmer who feeds beef burgers to swans because it helps them float

 

Several athletes actually did eat McDonald's for every meal during the '08 Olympics. There was a huge facility in the middle of the athlete's village and they provided free food LOL.
