USADA is right up there with FIFA and AIBA as far as trustworthiness goes.

I'm not suggesting Floyd is dirty (I don't think he is), I'm just saying. If I was Pacquiao (who I suspect was dirty at one point), I would have been extremely worried about Floyd/USADA coming up with a false positive somehow.

In fact, I would expect it.
