Close fight but i believe Mora has a better chance to win this one. I started watching boxing after The Contender 1...so..thanks for that Sergio Mora hahaha i believe he got more left in the tank, he looked solid against proksa.

Do people really consider Taylor superior to Mora?

Mora should win this. Even though HNN is mandatory for IBF I think IBF lets unification fights trump mandatory, so expect Jacobs-Mora after. Then Jacobs-HNN , which should actually be a pretty good fight.

Hopefully Mora can get in some shape and put in a good performance. He should be able to outbox this version of Taylor. A damn shame Taylor is still being fed baby food.

This is purely to keep the belt in-house.

Mark my words, whether be legit win, robbery, or shenanigans, Mora is leaving with that belt.

Time to pass it along before JT gets locked up.

Jermain Taylor isn't quite as bad off as most people seem to think he is, fine he had a couple of tune up fights against losers like Munoz and Candelo. But he stopped Nicklow in 8 something Murata couldn't do last week, and is so far the only guy to beat Caleb Truax who stopped Don George quicker than Adonis Stevenson did, even though Truax dropped him once he still looked very good in that match. Truax isn't very good but he's average.
As far as the Soliman match goes, he should be given more credit for that win, Soliman had just defeated Sturmx2, which isn't that easy to do especially as convincingly as he did in the second fight. Jermain was aided by Soliman's leg giving out which Taylor contributed to, but he still looked okay fighting someone as brutally awkward as Sam, Taylor isn't as fragile as most seem to think he is.

I'd give him a decent chance to beat Mora, by a close decision. But Mora could win by SD as well.

For anyone thinking Mora wins by KO get over it, it won't happen.

    I worry about Taylor:huh
He looked okay winning the title but deep inside there is some issues going on with him bro:silly

This is a good match up and note that JT is going to struggle with this fight IMO.
I got JT losing by SD and then going Floyd/Larry postal during the interview :admin:gun:secret
