The one that blasted out Al Cole in a round. Also brutalized Bobby Czyz. Both pretty tough and rugged fighters who WERE NOT known for getting finished early. Sanders is also the one that almost put Rahman out and through the ropes. Remember Rahman?? The guy that Maskaev clipped and put onto Lampleys lap 😈 (Love that knockout 😎)The same guy that flatlined your homeboy Lewis, who if anybody had "the fear of God" when it came to rematches... Lol it was him 😏

Sanders puts out Norton maybe as quick and bad as ****ey did. (That's another great knockout ;) Sanders had natural ability but never worked as hard as he should have. That's undeniable

Rahman slipped and went into the ropes. He wasn't hurt.

Sanders hit Rahman with the kitchen sink and he walked through it all before battering him on the ropes to a finish.

Rahman was more weary of Middle weight James Toney's power.

And Bobby Cryz was 20 years fighting and in his last ever fight when he lost to Sanders:patsch

This is pertinent viewing. I ultimately chose Cooper and Rahman for Sanders in forming my opinion regarding this match-up.

Slipped and went into the ropes?? After that uppercut?? You don't know what you're talking about. "Walked through it all"?! LMAO

I'm sure that was also a slip when Rahman got clipped and fell outta the ring and two feet next to Roy Jones and Jim Lampley too right?

Are you incapable of forming your own argument. Is putting question marks after what i said the best you have:patsch

And why are you talking about a completely different fight? Does it look like im talikng Rahman-Maskerv here? Do you know where you are? Are you lost?

ah yeah rahman who destroyed sanders, I know the one.

you must mean another rahman, no rahman I know got destroyed by corrie so I have no idea which one you mean, only one rahman beat lewis and then got wiped out by lewis in the return.

Perhaps you mean cross eyed corey sanders, I don't know.

Amazing. An entire thread regarding Sanders vs Norton dominated by two posters who hate the Klitschkos so badly that they made a point of it to pee all over a very worthy opponent, just so that they could further their agenda. :patsch Corrie Sanders will never get the recognition that he deserves precisely because by diminishing him, one can diminish the Klitschkos. Sad.

Corrie Sanders is more popular than Ali and beats every past great h2h around here so stop your nonsense.
And I can say one picks Sanders to win in every fantasy fight only to further the Klitschko agenda.

Brewster was as good as Sanders but you don't see Brewster vs The Greats threads because the drugged excuse works better.

And maybe you're diminishing the legacy of Ken Norton. A truly great fighter who lived for the sport , left it all in the ring , yet gets taken out by a guy who cared so little he never even came to the ring in shape.

Wake the hell up there are a helluva lot more than just 2 posters on here, and most rightfully favor Norton, who accomplished a helluva lot more than Sanders could have ever dreamed of..

Norton fought the best of the best and a lot of tough 15 round fights, which is a lot more than i can say for a guy who fought only once a year had a beer belly, and was always sucking wind after only 4 or 5 rounds..

And why bring up the K bros, neither one of them have anything to do with this thread..

What exactly did Sanders do to deserve such high praise for?, :huh

[dinovelvet] "I can say one picks Sanders to win in every fantasy fight only to further the Klitschko agenda."

Nope, I am a legitimate Sanders nuthugger :D

[dinovelvet] "Brewster was as good as Sanders"

    That's debatable.

[dinovelvet] "maybe you're diminishing the legacy of Ken Norton."

I never said a thing about Norton. :huh

[dinovelvet] "a guy who cared so little he never even came to the ring in shape. ""

That point I can concede. One of my frustrations is that Sanders did so little preparation in his later career. That, however, is not true of the majority of his fights.

[silverskull] "Norton, who accomplished a helluva lot more than Sanders could have ever dreamed of"

Hmm, let's see. Norton was *given* the WBC title, which he promptly lost to Holmes. Sanders won the WBU title legitimately, and he won the WBO title by obliterating the most dominant heavyweight champion in recent history. You do the maths.

[silverskull] "Norton fought the best of the best and a lot of tough 15 round fights"

Fair enough, that's is true and nobody denies that.

[silverskull] "(Sanders) fought only once a year had a beer belly, and was always sucking wind after only 4 or 5 rounds"

Yeah .... because he was 37 - 38 years old with injuries. His earlier, prime versions, do *not* fit the descripion that you have painted here. I refer to, for example, the fight that Sanders had with Puritty, where Corrie was still dancing around in round 12. :bbb What did Norton do when he was 37-38 ?

[silverskull] "And why bring up the K bros"

Tell that to HerolGee and dinovelvet.
