First off, this footage is insane! Pac's hand speed is mad cre. Secondly, Pac should have been put to sleep. Check out 1:28 - Pac walks right into Cotto's money shot - a planted, left-hook with full leverage that landed flush. You can clearly see Pac's knees dip, which you can't on the HBO broadcast.

    :yikes

  3. If Cotto was 154 that night, that left hook would've KO'd Pacquiao.

    Cotto was drained.

You mean if Cotto was 154 on fight night or if it had taken place at 154?

Here's the weigh in video. No signs of drainage... no sunken eyes or cheekbones.

You don't remember it because the HBO broadcast didn't catch it... it showed Pac getting hit, but it doesn't show how his knees momentarily gave out. On the broadcast, it looked like Pac was ducking.

What a mad round, cotto came back well but you can see the hand speed was insane. I could/could score that a 10-9 round but that's a minority opinion I guess

Cotto wasn't consistent enough and easily got lured into a fight, right into Pacquiao's hands. He was doing very well boxing at a distance, very few hooks. Hooks not good with Pacman.

Damn that was a solid left hook. Had Cotto followed up instead of pivoting out, maybe Pac would've met the canvass.

Regarding the Pacquiao fight @ 145 pounds.

    MIGUEL COTTO:

    This content is protected
I TAKE NOTHING AWAY FROM MANNY...HE IS FAST AND STRONGER THAN WE THOUGHT"

Also, Cotto weighed in @ 146 pounds against Clottey 5 months before the Pacquiao (145 pounds) fight. :deal

Even if Cotto weighed in @ 146, Pacquiao is just a nightmare for Cotto. Pacquiao is just the better fighter.
