Burns is very poor at world level. milked the title fighting nobodies and barely getting by without robberies. thank god crawford came along and beat him. then he goes in against undefeated gamboa. that is what a champion should be about, not fighting scrubs at home

 

Been bouncing about Twitter for weeks now that he was to face Rances Barthelemy in March who is the current IBF SFW champion whos moving upto LW and it was an eliminator for winner of Bey vs vasquez rematch , However in an IFLTV interview Hearn threw a spanner in the works saying Haymon had since offered them a bigger fight it was a matter of shifting contracts about

 

Who could the bigger fight be i wonder? Bigger than an eliminator?

Burns can take a punch still so i guess he can still fight a moderately decent level of competition.


The problem is he can take a punch but not win a fight. Any top world title challenger would beat him up to a UD.

 

From videos ive seen and interviews they reckon broner cuts weight rapidly and can do 140 at a skoosh and without killing himself reckons he can still do 135 , to small at 147 tho imo
