cotto never had trouble making 147.

he moved up to 154 only because of an easy title fight.

At going BACK to 147... admittance he struggled with 145.

Here's a quote about 147, from Cotto himself:

I agree with most of your ****ysis just Cotto's lead right was so bad at the time I'm not sure he could've used as any kind of weapon in the fight. Which was a huge disadvantage against a southpaw obviously.

I hope this is a typo because a human being CAN NEVER be at "almost 0% fat" and be healthy, let alone do any soft cardio or heck box.
Boxers would be around 7-15% at weigh-in, depending on their frames. 5% would be already too extreme.
And remember they only DEHYDRATE themselves, ergo they remove water on their bodies and NOT muscle mass.
And you ALWAYS lose both muscle mass and fat when you lose weight, after water weight is lost. ALWAYS.
And the body only utilizes LESS THAN 5% of protein (that is your muscle mass) when you do whether aerobic or anaerobic exercise, 95% still comes from fats and carbohydrates.

So for 1lb of weight to be lost by non-surgical means, less than 0.05lb of that is muscle mass.

    FYI.

I stand corrected. I did a quick search, very quick search. It's not as much or as little as I thought. I expected them to have extremely low body fat percentage. I'm surprised because I am not combat ready and my body fat percentage is not far off. I have too much muscle. Nice to know.

It's the same trap Haye set on Chisora and knocked him out with more or less the same punch. very effective.
