Yes very strange IMO, and the amount they're offering is unreal, even for May/Pac.

Possibly. Idk, I think the purses should be between 30 and 50 million, $60 million tops. All this $120 million just seems to excessive to me. I could see it their split exceeding $100 million after PPV comes in but $120 for a PURSE? I doubt it.

Edit: Unless it's $120 million flat, no PPV or revenue share.

Those match ups would be too lucrative for an undercard. The powers that be would want to spread out of the views.

The event here really sells itself; i dunno if there'd be much of a motivation for great fights on the undercard. Promoters would use to it to promote up and comings.

    Pacquiao vs Mayweather

Danny Garcia vs Lucas Matthysse 2

Which i think could possibly happen. It's usually two big fights.

    Then the rest like this

Jose Benavidez Jr vs Jessie Vargas

    Mickey Bey vs Vasquez 2

    J'Leon Love vs Some random

Something like that i could see happening

It should look like Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. That's all that matters. You could have Opera music on for four hours before it for all I care. As long as we're getting Pac-May that's all that matters

If the fight happened, there wouldn't be enough money left over to have a decent undercard.

It'd be a few fighters from Floyd's camp fighting non-entities or it could be like a Klitschko undercard where they get the Scorpions to come out and play a gig for the warm-up.

    Floyd vs Pac

Greed ate up the rest of the card. And fans have waited long enough.

They could have an English spelling bee featuring Sergey Kovalev, GGG, Miguel Cotto, Samuel Peter, Ruslan Provodnikov and Floyd Jr. It would be cost efficient and guaranteed to entertain.
