haye stated that his surgeon had told him he couldn't fight again, but was clear he wanted to wait and see. fury, however, announced his retirement.
does fury announcing his retirement from boxing on twitter not count? does it somehow count less than haye not announcing his retirement at all? amazingly haye is being called a liar for something he never said while fury gets a pass for something he did! it's exactly ana|ogous to the ducking situation.
Was just asking as Fury is a volatile person and from what I hear his twitter has all sort of stuff / wind ups etc. The way Haye's injury was reported was it sounded like that was the end...I dont think Haye ever made it clear his intentions but perhaps I didnt read everything. My opinion is he chose a very good time to call the injury out and have it operated on.
you appear to be attempting to introduce a degree of modality to a straightforward situation. fury flat out announced his retirement, haye didn't. yet after still not fighting, haye is labelled a liar, whereas fury, who has, gets another pass to go with his blatant duck of price. if you mean having serious surgery asap after diagnosis, i agree. however, if you're insinuating a man who fought wlad passed on £5m to duck fury, i think you're as clueless as the other cretins.
Whatever mate, I wasnt trying to do anything other than say it as it is and give my opinion if that makes me a cretin then so be it.
Haye has done all he's going to do. He hasn't got any better in the 3 years he's been sat on his backside talking rubbish. He reckoned he was fighting last September. He's now got to the point that he's pulling out of fights that haven't even been signed. His fans are mugs.
you're not saying it how it is. fury ducked price and announced his retirement. haye pulled out with serious injury and didn't announce his retirement. it really ain't complicated, and unlike the other halfwit struggling to make a reasonable response to me in this thread, you seem to have a bit about you.
even funnier. you're actually making me smile. another failure, but you gotta stick with what you know, i guess.
Alright I'm saying it as I see it! Fury is clearly a bit mental and Haye is a **** taker. From my understanding that shoulder injury had been there for a while, so for 5million which I dont know where that figure came from If I was Haye I'd have taken it injury or not, especially if he seen Fury as an easy win, for some reason he decided to get the shoulder operated on.
he explained this in an ifl interview. he thought it was the same as another less serious injury and went to have it checked out after the fight was postponed, when the seriousness of it came to light. i don't know how honest or otherwise haye is, but it sounds much more plausible than the myriad of excuses fury and his fans give for vacating his titles when purse bids for his mandatory with price were due, only to fight rogan instead.
rat and snake? like a chimera? haye has pulled outta a few fights, as has fury. i suspect it's a lot to do with, ahem, "sports science" - haye has had to add bulk to be a heavyweight. i redress the imbalance of fury fans accusing others of ducking with scant, if any evidence. unlike when fury shat himself rather than fight price. weirdo? at 1 stage you were flirting with me!
