Really Dragging on now , personally looking whats been happening of late i dont think Ricky should fight untill the Wazza saga is over and done finally , if going by the last outcome in court it looks like ricky could be het for circa £300k and the pressure of that hanging over your head would clearly effect your mental stregnth and focus in the ring

If Ricky beats them on form they must be journeymen as he has been terrible for last 18 months or so

ill tell you the ideal scenario to find out exactly what ricky has left , Clear up the issue with Wazza , Leave Simms , Go back cap in hand to Billy and back to basics and have Eddie make a rematch with Mitchell and it will show what ricky has and also if Kevin can really step upto the plate

Burns needs to stop hiding from the mighty Zlatican and beat him in rematch before anything else

Feel sorry for that lad zlat tbh mate , if ricky beat him he would have fought figueroa , zlat beat ricky and will be lucky to get anymore decent fights due to his countrys lack of promotional clout and money , it stinks as the lad earned his shot

Well it will be an Al Haymon lightweight and eddies mentioned two so that would be probably Figueroa or Vasquez I think. So you can decided which would have been "the tougher" fight.

All very sketchy at the minute as it was common knowledge out there Rances Barthelemy the ibf sfw champ was moving up to fight ricky in an ibf eliminator , now supposedly theyve been offered another haymon fighter which is a better fight alledgedly , not sure exactly if figueroa will fight again at 135 and if he does he has mandatory position for Linares so would be no need to fight ricky , if ricky fights figueroa it would be at a catchweight or 140 of wich neither i dont think ricky has a place at , he should concentrate making lightweight properly and fight whos available at that weight in order to climb back to contention

    Anyone good will beat him.

So i don't expect it to be anyone remotely decent. It will be a guy Burns can look good against and perhaps squeeze a win.

He won't be fighting a bum but not a top tier fighter. It would be pointless anyway because Burns will not win.

He can't beat Miguel Vasquez or Omar Figuroa. It might be a ''name'' but a faded one.

An ex world champ maybe who knows. I don't see who's the big name Eddie got excited about because Figuroa and Vasquez aren't two guys i'd be particularly excited about.

Aslong as its at 135 is the main issue at 140 ricky would be in real deep water imo
