    Every welter, Jr welter, and super welter, need to decline offers from Pacquiao and Mayweather until they fight each other.

    All this garbage about Khan trying to fight one of them or Vargas or whoever. They all need to stop trying to get in the way of the biggest fight in history and let them duke it out first.

    what WW or JMW in their right mind would turn down an offer to fight either of them. Whoever fights Floyd or Manny has won the sweepstakes.

    My point is that, eliminating their options will force them to accept lower offers. The reason they can't reach a deal is because they have options.
