    What do you mean by "clear-cut #1 in any division"? Do you mean the lineal champion? Because Floyd was the lineal champion at 130 and 135, and is the lineal champion at 147 and 154.

    This thread is wrong, and I can't stand Floyd nor do
    I rate him as p4p #1. With that being said, when he beat
    Chico at 130 he was lineal at that weight, no doubt
    about it. Also, beating JLC in the 2nd fight secured
    him lineal rights at 135. Those are the only 2 divisions
    he's been undisputed in.

    Does anyone know if he was ? I don't count 152 and welterweight because he hasn't fought the best , who else was there in them other divisions
