    This was a man who was the betting favorite before his fight with the greatest super featherweight of all time in Mayweather. He took Robert Garcia's 0, took Manfredy out, and has HOFers Casamayor and Castillo on his resume. Floyd took a lot of this man's career, if he didn't have to go through TBE he would probably be consider as an ATG.

    It's not suppose to be "fanboy-y". I'm just stating facts. Was Corrales not on a great run before he got stopped by Mayweather? Do you not agree that losing your 0 by getting stopped hurts your confidence?

    Corrales was arguably a better fighter after his loss to Mayweather, similar to Canelo.

    Good but not great fighter,never in a bad fight,will never be forgotten in boxing history due to the Castillo fight..

    good but not great, will always be remember for the Castillo fight and the ending of it

    he did however have a GREAT heart, the way he cried when the mayweather fight was stopped (not because he got beat but because he didnt finish the fight) was nothing short of Rocky Balboa stuff

    In his prime he was better than a shot Morales who was coming off a loss against to Raheem, and a Barrera that was shot from all his wars with Morales.

    Yeah, Oscar at 154(not weight drained after not fighting at 147 for 7+years) wasn't one of his best wins, or Cotto at his natural weight(middleweight). What about a young hungry lion in Canelo who went on to beat the boogeyman Lara?
