one thing ppl seem to forget about wilder....is his power comes from the distance he throws his punches at....he does not have the same power if he does not have the distance to wind up that windmill ....wilder has not shown any defence, in fact he has not even bee tested on defence....and he does not know how to fight backing up......ever see a tall man fight backing up? they stand real tall and get ko'd lol....

unless wilder can constantly come forward, then he has no chance what so ever in this fight....and don house, stivernes trainer has already stated that stiverne will be pressing wilder back, and that you will see stiverne fight a style we have never seen him fight before, an agressive pressing style that will try to get wilder out there early...

Pretty much my thoughts exactly, while Wilder has a glass jaw, usually Stiverne takes way too much punishment waiting to land his perfect counter shot and that may be his undoing especially in a sensitive refs eyes.

Stiverne early, probably round 1-2 KO.

Wilder's power is overrated. Look at the common opponent, Harold Sconiers. Stiverne iced him in one round (I think in under a minute). And when I say iced, I mean knocked him out cold. Sconiers actually knocked Wilder down in their fight, and it took Wilder 4 rounds to get rid of him (TKO stoppage). I'd bet Stiverne is actually the bigger puncher between the two. Hell he stopped Arrerola which Vitali couldn't do (yes I know it was a TKO but Arreola was still lucid, it was a pity stoppage).

Also Stiverne has never been on the canvas, his stoppage was a premature one while he was on his feet. Wilder has been down against some of the bums he has faced already, and was KO'd in the AMs with headgear on. He is packing glass.

My hunch is that once Stiverne gets inside on Wilder, it is going to resemble the Ray Austin KO. Wilder isn't as good as Austin (yes I said it) and I don't think he has much defense.

Add it all up, Wilder goes to sleep and probably early.
