Contracts are getting signed, drug testing and the money is agreed to... If that's not a 'negotiation table' then what is?

For me, no matter what's going on behind the scenes, since Pac has let it known that he has agreed to terms (mostly Floyd's terms), then the ball's in Floyd's court, and if he doesn't sign, then public perception will be that he will be the one that backed away. His reputation will take a deeper nosedive. Classic negotiating tactic by Team Pac IMO: sway public perception their way. Win-win situation: Floyd signs, he gets Floyd in the ring. Floyd doesn't sign, he can claim that he tried to make the fight but Floyd backed out.

As far as I'm concerned Amir khan is the best in the world

    He has dodged nobody

When people questioned his chin he took on a peak maidana and dropped him in round 1

He is a nightmare match up for Floyd and IMO khan will go down as the greatest British boxer in history

I'm just going to speak the truth

If khan beats mayweather he's better than hearns

If khans beats mayweather and pacquiao and then avenges his Garcia loss ( which would be cake) he's up there with anyone at 147

Haters will always hate but he's a once In a generation sort of fighter

This. In the past, Manny didn't agree to everything. Manny was also the first to move on and sign to fight someone else. And everytime he did "agree", he was signed to fight someone else. NOW, Manny has made all the right moves. He's not signed to fight anyone else and has allegedly agreed. I see no reason for Floyd to back out or come up with something else. For me, this is the last shot. If Floyd backs out I'll be the first to call him a coward.
