This is a really good fight and I'm pulling for Thurman but I think Guerrero beats him.

Never been a big fan of Guerrero but he's a tough, crafty, experineced guy. I think Thurman's youth and athleticism gets him an early lead but Guerrero has a strong second half and wins a close decision.

Nice fight and a good overall pair of fights for the first of Haymon's NBC cards. Hopefully this is the norm and not just a nice introduction period.

I favour Thurman mainly because Guerrero is a plodding punching bag with no skills and no power

Guerrero is a very skilled boxer especially at Featherweight, don't be fool by his recent matches, he has a compulsion to fight like that, but he can perform far better than that when he wants. And since he's fighting a big puncher I have a feeling he'll fight more cautiously.

Thurman by KO ....Thurman is a KO junky and he didn't get his fix and Guerrero ducked him before talking smack...

Guerrero on the slide, but if it's the one that took care of Berto and Keith can't knock him out, Thurman is going to get pushed like never before. Ghost looked sloppy, unmotivated vs Kamegai, he's losing to Thurman if he fighting like that.

Guerrero definitely has skills, he simply doesn't belong at welterweight.

Guerrero went life and death with Aydin so that tells you all you need to know about his skills.
