Just seen a interview with the cuban Jorge Rubio who trains Rigo. Luke Campbell is with him training in Miami. Jorge speaks very highly of Campbell. I rate Rubio very highly. Jorge Rubio is the cuban Khan choose over mayweather snr and Roach to train him only to blame him when Prescott did a number on him. I read somewere campbell regulary spends time in america working with different trainers paying all his own expenses.
Yeah thats right billy but khan should have dealt with him. I mean mitchell boxed his head off a couple of fights later. Iv heard Haye worked quite a bit in miami with Rubio. Do u know much about him?
Mayb Rubio thought he should b able to outbox him as he had skillet but not iq to do it Mitchell did it no prob years later and wouldn't say he had best chin ether
True but I think some fighters just have to tell themselves it's not their fault to maintain that sense of invincibility, hence why a lot of boxers change trainers after devastating losses.
I think european boxers should do what Luke is doing. I don't think Khan would've had the career he had so far, if he didn't move to America. Smart move by Khan, who is more loved by the US fans than the british fans.
to be fair no mate but do remember him from that particular fight, he never really had much to say for himself after it though, maybe it was a blessing, Amir teamed up with Freddie then Virgil afterwards
when did he not become a big puncher then :think. they were both on nineteen fights and khan had more at his disposal is world class trainers Olympic backing the backing of f w a n k etc etc , your post is sad as your basically saying it was not a garunteed win for khan where he practically held all the cards :-verysad
well based on your thoughts khan was under experianced and presscott was some master technician and was some monster puncher to boot both with 19 fights you explain how presscott was more experianced and when he lost his monster punch he was not dealt shi t , just thought he was way beyond his station
