Box Nation or Sky Sports Box Office to show Mayweather v Pacquiao fight?

Problem is that there aren't any media outlets that will actively promote anything on BN so they're a bit screwed there - the only BN fight that got decent publicity here that gave their subscriber base a boost was haye chisora and that was prime time not 4am in the morning (250k subscribers to the 100k or so in the IPO documents), so not so sure this would boost it massively in the first place (I mean how many extra subscribers do they get for a mayweather fight?)

 

Yeah I do see your point mate..BN do have good links with talk sport who covered Bad Blood and a few other ****** cards plus Bunce is on there so will get a fair amount of publicity. when I mean marketing benefits I'm also referring to visual stuff so BN logos plus subs purchasing details in this digital age mean it would be advertised £ spread across the internet, FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.

Your right about the average Mayweather fight like Maidana probably not making a massive difference in numbers but I can see a Pacman fight being a major deal and one that gets discussed in the offices..either way it will be interesting to see how things pan out.

Maybe ****** can do his own Uk leg aswell before the main event to keep casuals attention...say Eubank Jnr headlining etc
