    Round 5

Santa Cruz is timing Ruiz on the outside, pushing a slow jab into his face. Ruiz isn't taking many chances now, flitting around laterally and only jumping in to pummel the body and collapse on Santa Cruz, largely dispensing with the jab. Lots of leaning together, locking arms, both softball-pitching to the body.

    10-9 Santa Cruz

    50-45 Santa Cruz

So that we no longer have to hear the hype that Leo does not deserve.

I actually thought Ruiz had his best round since the first two in the sixth...

There's something just totally unremarkable about some fighters at these weights. The very definition of 'busy' fighters.

    Round 6

Santa Cruz is landing high left hooks on the sideburns as he sits back with his guard up while Ruiz paws out at him with jabs that don't reach. Body shots landing with abandon both ways as they come together. Ruiz ducks and gets dusted with rabbit punches but gets off bursts of superior body punching. Jab by Santa Cruz.

    10-9 Santa Cruz

    60-54 Santa Cruz
