Wilder will probably go on to fight a weak first defense against a top 15 heavy and then Tyson Fury. Stiverne will go the journeyman route. Thats they way i see it but who knows in boxing.
That might create 2 alternative divisions within the heavyweight division. You've got the US guys, all fighting each other, along with the UK guys like Fury and Joshua etc and then youve got all the european guys all fighting each other. Wilder winning the belt might have totally split the division in half. Because now, the US might not even offer the opportunity for a Euro guy to fight for the title, unless its Wlad.
I'd love to see the fight that you suggested, but Pulev might take a while to come back after his injures I'd imagine.
Those would be good. I'd like to see Povetkin vrs either Stiverne or Jennings. Perez would be good too. Wilder/Fury is an excellent match; bring it on. In this one, Wilder would be outweighed by 30+ lbs, so he would David fighting Goliath this time around.
