    this is why he is asking for a test. think of it as a pre-emptive strike, as when a guy takes a quiet fart in a crowded room and then starts asking loudly "who did this?!"

    That way, later down the road, no one will think of accusing him of being a user, even though he is directly working with a known steroid supplier, a man that has perfected the art of passing ped tests.
