Haye vs Kovalev @ Cruiser

Kovalev knocks him out in 5 rounds.

 

Haye was dropped by Mormeck, and Kovalev is about same size with Mormeck but way better and hits harder. Kovalev is also smarter fighter than Haye, so I see Kovalev winning this easy.

 

Kovalev was dropped by Darnell Boone. Haye is a nightmare style match up for Kov

 

It's a big jump up from light heavy to cruiser, 25lbs plus is a lot of weight to give up. It's not like Haye was a small cruiser, slow or a light puncher either, he was a big, fast very hard hitting cruiser. He'd be too much for Kovalev and would KO him without too much difficulty.

 

Haye too big for Kovalev.

 

I know cleverly isn't like kovalev. No where near but just look at how big of a impact it had on clev to jump into cruiserweight.

Im a massive Kovalev fan. But i said before, a speedster will give him problems. Haye probably came in the 210lb at cruiserweight and hits very hard. Sergey Kovalev would get beaten and stopped here. Even though haye is a plank and overated at heavy, he was a top cruiserweight.

 

It's not a good styles matchup, mainly cause of Haye's size, he's a lot bigger than Kovalev plus he's probably the quicker, harder hitting fighter as well, Kovalev is outgunned here.

 

Haye, too elusive, too fast and posses nuclear grade plutonium in his fists.

Maybe Kov could box smart and catch him late, Haye was more vulnerable to KO at cruiser imo due to weight issues.

Surprised by the pol results, just shows ppl do regard Haye as a talented boxer even if they regard him as a low life as a person!

 

I'm dumb. I didn't read cruiserweight. Yeah... I love Kovalev but that's not gonna go well for him.
