IMO Mayweather is a "strong" 5'7". Like, he might be slightly over. Shane Mosley was listed 5'9", really more like a "weak" or "low" 5'8". Cotto is probably like 5'6 1/2". Pacquiao and JMM are about 5'5". Bradley is a little under 5'5". I believe Alvarez is 5'7 1/2" as listed. It makes sense, as he was previously listed at 5'9" and then downgraded. Seems as though the downgrade must have occurred because they decided to use his real height. I've seen people claim that Floyd was taller than or the same height as Alvarez, but Alvarez was marginally but clearly taller. They just have a different build (Alvarez much more squat) and Alvarez has lower shoulders and a bigger head, so can give a shorter appearance.
Because you pmed me a few months back, telling me about how u sucked off some hobo under a bridge. :rofl Ya sick bs**** you. :-(
I think around 5' 6.5". He doesn't look 5' 7" fully to me because of how he measures up against Pacquiao and Mayweather. Cotto looks very similar to Pacquiao's height, and I think Pacquiao is a direct 5' 6" maybe 5' 5.5" at the least. I think Mayweather might also be about 5' 7.5" and they just round him up to 5' 8". Canelo looked slightly shorter than Mayweather, so I think Canelo might actually be 5' 7". They probably took that 5' 7.5" measurement with his shoes on or something.
I hate when I hear people say "wow I never knew they were so small!" What did you think 135-147lb fighters were going to be? 6'1? Unless you're tommy hearns, no. Any way height is overrated IMO, it's all about reach. If you got reach on your opponent and know how to use it its way more of an advantage. Mayweather is 5'7 and got a 6ft reach. Duran is 5'7 and he has like a 5'5 reach.
