i don't think wilder wants to wait around idle until after the klitchko- jennings fight...fury is a soft touch....nothing more than a "keep busy" fight and a decent tune up.

well, to be fair, wlad was getting ko'd by purrity and sanders and getting dropped by davarryl williamson and "they" were still talking about him like he was the next hw champ. the same holds for wilder...he shouldn't have to beat all the top fighters in the world for his superior talent to be recognized.

I didn't notice Wilder specifically calling out Klitschko for a fight.

He said that in his ideal world, he'd first fight Fury, then Wladimir.

too many competitive fights, especially at hw, can ruin a fighter. what wilder needs is motivation. knocking wlad out is good motivation for him, because wlad is so vulnerable. wilder doesn't need a ton of experience...wlad has some serious liabilities that a fighter like wilder should be able to exploit without having to become a seasoned vet.

it's about the style matchup...wilder is fast, rangy, explosive and very mobile. klitchko has a good jab, but he's slow, ponderous, clumsy and has a weak chin. it's gonna be a turkey shoot with klitchko as the turkey.

why does wilder have to "call klitchko out?" does fmj call fighters out? wilder is a champ...he doesn't need to call anybody out. but he did say he wanted to fight wk. that's all that's needed for them to make the fight. he'll fight fury first only so he can stay busy for the time being until kltchko is available if wk wins the jennings fight.

Maybe because Klitschko is the king of the division?

Defo need to see this fight

Wilder proved a lot of doubters wrong

But lets not get away from the fact that Stiverne is nothing special, and several big sources have voiced concerns about him not taking this camp seriously, partying with floyd, in the sauna week before the fight trying to shed weight etc

So it was a good win but nothing to get too excited about

However, Wilder IS GOOD for the HW division

    He knocks people out

And thats what we all want to see

to be fair Wildman has the power to stop wlad and is a legit threat.

but not sure he can land long enough if wlad does his run, jab and wrestle thing. trouble of course is can wlad do his run away jab and wrestle routine for 12 rounds anymore.

Wilder got a good win against Stiverne, but let's not get ahead ourselves. Love him or hate him Waldo probably has 15 wins on his resume against fighters on the same level as Stiverne. The gulf in experience will be huge and Waldo knows how to use it.

Smart money will be on Waldo via KO, business as usual.

You need to get your eyes checked. Wlad is the fastest HW of the last 10 years.
