Nowdays it seems all the fighters are in PEDS/steroids. Klitschko, Mayweather, Pacquaio, Kovalev, Roy Jones jr, and many more. Are there any elite level boxer who's not using them?

I believe that all of them are using it or at least have used it at some point.

At least vast majority are using. PEDS have been widely used in boxing many decades already.

Same. Different types for different purposes.

I'm pretty sure that all the top guys have been using substances for five or more decades. And before that there were other types of cheating dating back to the ancient Olympic games.

I think that Pacquiao stopped using around 2010-2011 when Mayweather accused him. He might also have stopped using PEDs because getting caught would be bad for his political career, or because he found Jesus and wanted to be a fairer person. That's why he hasn't been knocking anybody out lately, and Marquez suddenly has.

I'm not sure if Roman Gonzalez or Inoue are using. They make so little money that it would probably be difficult for them to afford the good stuff that isn't detectable. But whoever isn't using PEDs is probably doing something else like massive weight cutting to give themselves an unfair advantage.

nobody ever suspected Peterson of bieng a dirty drug cheat intill he failed a test which he opted to take (in extra testing) lol!

So really any boxer can be on PEDS.

Ask anyone that ever boxed beyond local fitness class level: Answer is YES.
ask the other 95% of the posters: No, of course not, only these select athletes did, the rest are saints.

    Sure there are clean fighters...

But I think a fair ammount of great fighters have used at some point in their career going back decades.

nope. do not let the fear of one man discredit the accomplishment of those proud warriors. it's just cowardness to accuse someone you feel you cannot beat.
