This was the explanation I was given by a man with extensive experience in business ventures by companies.

    Thank God for IB!!! :clap::bush:bush

Now Pac fanatics won't be able to spam up the forum with "Floyd is scared" :|:| garbage.

'Don't post what some other active or retired boxer (or trainer, or ref, or promoter, or S&C coach, or adviser, or ex-girlfriend, or basketball teammate, or some rapper or radio host) said about Mayweather or Pacquiao in an interview with Elie Seckbach on YoutTube, or via their own social media account.' :rofl:rofl

Did he retweet Ariza? It well-known that Mayweather has people who run his accounts for him. Often, he will come up publicly and say, "I didn't tweeted that."

Lance Pugmire from Los Angeles Times was asked as well, and said basically..even if everything Ariza is saying isn't true, Floyd still doesn't mind a good shot at Arum.

Plus, if you look at it:

Floyd says they are negotiating, fight will be made which lines up with what all the credible independent sources, Top Rank and Mayweather promotion officiates have been saying.

One day later, Ariza says the entire fight has been nonexistent, no negotiations, won't and never was going to happen, Arum in way, not fighting Pacquiao. Ariza statement's line up with absolutely no one who's credible.

    So, either
    a) Floyd is an idiot and is screwing us all
    b) Ariza is basing this off of his own personal beliefs and is really uninvolved
    c) Floyd doesn't mind a good shot at Arum, even if Ariza was wrong when it came to the actual negotiations

The correct answer is C and B.

Never made any Anti-SRR thread or Any Fab 4 thread in regards to Mayweather.

I'm on record saying that Floyd would LOSE to SRR, possibly knocked out. :nod

All I made was "Floyd would be part of that illustrious group" which he would be and he is TBE in terms of skills, which can be argued. :deal

Anyways, that won't be happening anymore. :deal

Gotcha. It would indeed be great if they posted a picture. That'd be the nail in the coffin if he fight falls through.

When Mayweather signs to fight Pacquiao, will every Mayweather-Pacquiao thread still be merged into this dump?

Care to take up that question IB?

I think I already have. :huh

    :readthre:

    The answer is categorically no.

Unless you mean will every previously merged thread be retroactively magically separated - in which case, sorry, that's simply impossible. vBulletin merges are set up to be a 1-way street.

New threads going forward, however, about Mayweather, or Pacquiao, or anticipating Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, or discussing the match after it happens - will be left alone when this one is closed and put out to pasture. As is explained in the OP update, so I'm not sure why you're asking.

That is, of course, if and when both parties have signed and it has become official.

Officially, no doubt about it, 100% cut-and-dry official. Not "well according to Fat Dan, there was a rumor started by Gabriel Montoya that said he spoke with Doug Fischer and he got it from Ariza that Conte said that per Buboy's voicemail this morning, Ellerbee had just gotten off the phone and passed along that Bieber was told... :blabla"

I think the correct answer is Ariza is being allowed to have his playtime by Floyd Mayweather, they both should be LOL about now. :yep
