I have long said that both sides are to blame for the failure of the fight.

However, recently Ariza gave his take, which Floyd concurred, about how Arum is the issue.

What specifically is Bob doing this time to hold up the fight? I can't stand Bob...but what is he doing that makes it "impossible"?

Bob is being bob, and thats enough to make this fight not happen.
Though I think Mayweather will sign this time, he's making honest Bob sweat some, its all! :D

Ariza made some good points in his vid...but I do find it strange that Floyd has zero issues tweeting that Miss Jackson aborted his twins (with a pic to boot) yet is extremely vague in outing his mortal enemy about specifically what Bob is doing to prevent the fight.

I seriously doubt Bob is capable of giving Moonves the run around.

If Bob is truly to blame...let's get specific.

I don't think we can compare Bob Arum to one of Floyds captives.

I get that Floyd doesn't want Arum involved but what I don't understand is, Floyd confirmed that negotiations were ongoing but why even have them in the first place? He knows that Arum will never be out of the picture because Manny's under contract.

Weird choice of words for him to use. Pretty much sums up how passionately they feel for Pac lol

Well Floyd said negotiations are ongoing. But Bob is saying Manny has signed the contract. Meaning from TR perspective negotiations are complete. So you basically have one side saying will are still working on it and the other saying we are done. So it makes me wonder what issues could thy still be working out. And with TR giving deadlines now are they just trying to play hardball to prevent from giving into any more of what Floyd wants. I mean why else announce it publicly?

Arum said today that he expects all contracts to be signed by end of week....

    .....

    .....

it's Thursday. He must be really positive considering there's only 2 days before the end of the week. I aint saying it's true. But, it's nice to hear SOME positive news.

Of course, he didn't say which contract.
he didn't say if they were the prefabricated Floyd Cotto 2 and Pac Vargas or Pac khan contracts ...
