Yet boxing web sites only printing Arum's claim that they've agreed and signed off on everything. How do you "sign off" when a contract hasnt been produced? Is Arum/Koncz/Manny prepping the gullible media for when they walk on February 1? Arum sounds so panicked in the interviews, what is he so worried and afraid of, May 2nd not going anywhere.

The clearest sign that Floyd-Manny won't happen is that people involved in the deal are talking in the press. Deals in most walks of life never happen when there is that much discussion from one of the principles in public before the deal is done.

It's not a contract for the fight, it's an agreement in writing that you have agreed to the stipulations and are not willing to back out if Floyd signs...

These things are normal and if Pac and Arum have signed it, then yes it's on Mayweather. Espinoza is always really awkward as a Sports Executive... I have never seen a Sports Executive act so Guetto!

 

It's perfectly normal to draft an agreement in principle and sign it before you make the actual contract - in fact, that's what happens during most major negotiations in this world.
