30 responses and not one talks about the topic of the thread....everyone of the responses is either about me or people not knowing there was actually a difference between the terms curious and interested.

since i learned the difference between interested and curious when i was in middle school i'ma guess most of y'all are either foreigners who speak english as a second language or americans who barely made it out of high school if at all.

Tapia was a fighter a little bit before my time as a fan and he was a good story

From the documentary he had a great style to watch, challenged himself through unification and moving up for the title at the weight above. He was a fan favorite with a colorful style and behavior who even beat up muggers after winning a title fight to save someone else. He was haunted by demons due to the loss of his mother and drug issues and was involved in 2 great grudge matches

Manny, I have not seen yet though I really want to.

I know you are a big Mayweather fan and not much of a Pacquiao guy but I feel like for all the posters who bash and praise one of the 2 guys you should at least get to know the other fighter that maybe you dont like because watching a documentary about a guy like Manny and his upbringing and rise might teach you something. Though you may not become an actual fan of his or root for him if the big one happens its probably worth your while

I'm only in here, not because I'm interested seeing the responses to such a contradictory and lame thread, but because I'm curious in seeing the responses to such a contradictory and lame thread.

thanks for the review... a little more general than i was looking for but still good information.

i have followed both fighters throughout their careers, so i picked up quite a bit of information about them over the years. i was actually looking for some new, maybe surprising facts that i might have missed.

as far as your comments about pac is concerned, i guess you have to actually care enough about a fighter and be interested in their life, which i am really not when it comes to pac. but there are a lotta other fighters i would watch documentaries on. i can never get past the fact he refused to be tested for steroids....just don't feel like he's worth my time.
