Makes me laugh how people slate GGG's...

    I made this point the other day; if you take away the Ishida fights, James Kirkland and GGG have almost exactly the same record against almost exactly the same competition. Tapia, Molina, Vera, Angulo and Julio are up there with Gaele, Murray and the like.

    That's not saying that I think Kirkland would beat GGG, he wouldn't; but I don't rate anyone as great until he's fought more than ESPN guys and protected European fringe contenders.

    It's as simple as that.

    People try to compare GGG to Hagler, but Hagler fought better guys BEFORE he was champ, in a tougher era than GGG ever has. Willie Monroe (yes that guy's father) Sugar Ray Seals, Bennie Briscoe, Eugene Hart; those were tough *******s. Not to mention Hearns, Duran and Leonard.

    No, 160 is the MW LIMIT. The MW range is anywhere from 155 to 160. YOU'RE the idiot.

    Why is there some special exception for GGG? With anyone else people just say yeah he has a poor resume. Macklin and Geale being destroyed doesn't make you great. Everyone knows that. Dont know why you pretend.

    But Macklin took Sturm all the way and gave Martinez - who was in his prime - a hell of a fight. Geale was like a fight removed from being a champ... GGG mowed them down.

    Yes good wins and in great fashion. But Lacy and Bute beat these type of fighters in great fashion as well. Yet failed at elite level. GGG isn't elite until he proves it. Just like anyone else man.

    Ishida knocked Kirkland out in 1 round. Why is Quillin so high?

    Bute actually got TKO'd by Andrade but got away with it. Golovkin has KO'd Bute already.

    Geale is better than Quillin but Golovkin would get more credit icing Quillin because he's American.

    I wouldn't mind if people called him a hypejob and stayed consistent with it but they do it in a ridiculous fashion; they call him a hypejob and then name Ward as the only fighter that can beat him, if you got to look a division up and name a p4p class fighter such as Ward as the only guy who could "expose" what you call a "hypejob", then clearly even you don't consider him one.

    They're just pure haters, that's all there is to it, emotion is clouding their mind.
