I like that Floyd took the fight, Baldomir was the champ and on a good run but was the kind of fighter lots of top draw types would avoid and Floys certainly could have bypassed him but chose not to

Hoax? So being a five weight champion, and the #1 P4P fighter in the world makes you a hoax? I guess you think anyone can do that.

he was basically saying why floyd could not go and finish baldy of he also said floyd compared himself to the past greats like lenord and durans

"no way in this world would those great fighters if they had a opponent for the taking like floyd has baldy would not try finish the fighters of with combinations instead floyd just goes for the computer points"(paraphrasing)

lampley "floyd compared himself to srr"

manny" noooo nooo hell no he did not no way"

The lineal championship doesn't mean ****. Stevenson won the lineal LHW championship by beating up mentally shot Dawson. Larry Holmes won the lineal HW championship by beating up old, Parkinson's-riddled Ali.

No one has manipulated the system better than Mayweather to get so called boxing fans like you to think he's some sort of unbeatable atg. Since he went up to ww, his career has been a smoke and mirrors routine fighting puffed up world champions, past it or shot former world champions, and as of late slow plodding up and comers like Ortiz, Guerrero, Alvarez, and Maidana. Remember a hoax fools some people, not everyone

Who are these so-called fast fighters Floyd didn't fight, other than Pacquiao or Khan?

Floyd beat that guy 12 to nothing.

Blame the guy behind on the cards for not making a fight out of it.

The main problem with this fight, like other Floyd fights is that while incredibly skilled, Floyd doesn't risk anything in there against even vastly outclassed opponents like Baldomir. He probably would not have been able to hurt Baldomir visibly but his speed and skill edge was so great in that fight that if he consistently put his punches together against him, he would have forced a stoppage due to the one-sided nature of the fight. Instead, Floyd did enough to win every round, but basically ran out the clock on the fight without taking chances. He doesn't do much to win over the fans when he's actually in the ring, as he's shown consistently throughout his career.
