When the fight got signed, I told ya'll...A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! Rios whos coming off a win should've been fighting the guy who beat Alvarado (JMM). Yet Alvarado gets rewarded with another headlined fight in his hometown.

Thank you Top Rank....Glad to see things haven't changed.

Alvarado was lucky to win their second fight, IMO.

You know what, Rios vs Algieri or Vargas would be legit right now. I'm sure if he tries he can still do 140.

they let that go 1 round too much... Alvarado was out on his feet for like 2 whole rounds. He probably has a concussion.

Damn.. that was sad to watch.. I mean actually Brandon looked pretty good.. he was fast and threw good combos.. but Alvarado was completely shot to ****... still had heart.. but couldn't pull the trigger.. couldn't react to a punches.. could do anything.. **** so sad to watch a warrior end his career at 34.

..but it's hard to feel too bad.. he did it to himself.

Rios looked fast though, by his standards, even if he fought a punching bag.
