    that was 15 years ago margo took him out in 7 and cotto took 9 rounds til he stopped the 1 legged martinez. if cotto is so great nowadays what happened when he fought b level fighter trout?

    Did anyone catch the Top Rank telecast of the fight?
    Colonel Bob Sheridan hyped Rios to no end, saying Rios
    was the sharpest and fastest he's ever seen. Even went as
    far as to say, "wonder if Bob Arum will match Manny Pacquiao
    against this version of Rios?"
    :lol: I could'nt hold back my laughter. :lol:

    This current Rios is not better, in fact even worse than he was a
    few years ago. The difference is that when you're up against a
    punching bag, it creates an ilusion that you're faster and more explosive than you really are.

    At least there Maidana was fresh out of givng Mayweather a tough fight, this is ****ing shot to **** Alvarado that Rios just beat. :!:

    nah he should have won against paul williams in their 1st fight, knocked him out in their 2nd fight, we can forget about the clinic on pavlic (alcohol issues) and he won 11 rounds against a lhw chavez jr. that same lhw chavez jr would have put cotto, and delvin rodriguez in a coma.
