Frank ****** Stable

That in particular annoys me with the Matchroom cards. BJS-CEJ would not have happened had they been with Hearn

exactly maybe that's how some people get bouncy cheques in this world paid to them

 

His stable is weaker than at any other time I can remember. Without a lucrative TV deal he has no way of paying many fighters what they are worth. As for cutting down the number of shows, that's all well and good for his promotional company but it will be the final nail in the coffin for Boxnation, a channel that now has neither quality or quantity.

 

Isn't Butler with Hatton anyway or was he at one point? Or am i just really wrong? :huh

 

Question to those saying they are happy with what Frank is doing, would you rather see very few shows with smaller names on and going on last years evidence not entertaining fights or actually even close fights, or Big names on huge shows with lots of cards and yes a lot of showcase bouts but with a few good domestic s****s but also delivering big fight nights? I know i would prefer Hearn to continue what he is doing and hopefully oust ****** from promoting all together

Id be happy if he paid all his fighters rather than the selcet few , the mans a cancer and i hope it all goes titts up for him asap

You bet it wouldn't have happened when it did, and rightly so. Hearn would have got CEJ more experience, stepped him up and kept his 0 intact and then made it a mega fight down the line for a world title

 

FW pays the highest purses in the Uk. As many have said on this thread most people are more interested in the international stuff which provides more then enough quality on it's own..if Warrren is going to be be putting on great cards like feb 28 and Liverpool every 6 or 8 weeks or so that's fine by me...there will be more then enough domestic dross served up by match room inbetween if that's what you want.

 

Yeah of course mate, let's get rid of FW and at the same time Hobson and Hennessey etc and give all the fighters to matchroom/sky. After all with zero competition it's going to make it better for the fans and more importantly for the fighters isn't it...sky are suddenly going to give Hearn 20 or more dates even though boxing isn't a high priority for them so he can keep his now country sized stable of fighters in work, sky are also going to make the financially ridiculous decision to increase not decrease Eddies budget now that he's got zero competition which means higher purses for our fighting heroes doesnt it!...I guess Eddie is Also going to bid high when British title fights etc go to purse bid..well actually no sorry since we've got rid of Warrren he only has to negotiate with himself...

 

How can ya?? It was the best British card on paper in a long long time. Not franks fault the fights turned out to be boring. You just love ta hate man!! There's just no pleasing some people. Cause that was a whopper card on paper.
