Jennings is a student of the boxing game and he studies his opponents relentlessly. I think that his movement and his reach gives him a real shot at unseating the Wlad. Jennings is level headed and his approach to this fight well thought out. He's gonna box the draws off Wvlad and possibly stop him. That's my call and I'm sticking to it.
Jennings will either get KO'd or lose 108-120 on points, he simply has no chance against Wlad. If studying an opponent was enough to beat him, we could get a few high school nerds and make a lineal champ out of them in a year.
I've been watching the ascension of Jennings on NBCSN for the past few years he's a good HW but I've yet to see anything that's tells me he's great or has the potential to be great, but it'll be another decent 0 that Wlad will take with ease. That's a good thread title Wladimir Klitschko: Dr. Steelhammer-The Taker of 0's
I respect you gents opinion but I think that he going to go after Wlad in a way that Wlad is not accustomed to. He has a three inch reach and an educated jab, good movement and boxing ability. He's gonna make Wlad follow him cause he is gonna aggravate him with that jab and evade him with that movement. That's not Wlad's fight and that will be his undoing. If Jennings can avoid getting hit flush with a shot then the win is there for him.
Yeah he is, but he also has quite a lot success beating other Goliaths, and why does that matter he's a heavyweight its not his fault he's a giant and can use that to his advantage. The same can be said about Holmes and Lewis as well.
What a load of ****. There are PLENTY of "Just big" heavyweights that never amounted to anything. Besides, at 6'6 Wlad isn't even that big. He is ideal size for heavyweight.
that 4 inch height advantage is negated by the reach of Jennings. As far as size is concerned, this looks fairly even to me.
He has yet, to fight anyone with the movement and reach of Jennings. Wlad has skills but they are honed to slow and plodding fighters. Those other Goliaths couldn't fight. He's in trouble.
studying tape and going out and executing a game plan are 2 different things no way Jennings win.... just experience alone Jennings 18 pro fights + 17 amateur fights Wlad Almost 70 pro fights + Gold metal + 170 am fights
