No it's called wearing 4 oz gloves and getting to hit a downed opponent and kicks to the head etc. We would see far more supposed glass getting exposed if they made these rule changes in boxing. Even V Klit who allegedly had a good chin in boxing was rendered comatose by one single kick to the dome.

Just look at this fight. Gus gets hit with a full force headkick, many punches with small hard 4 oz gloves(not big 10 oz pillows) from a huge puncher like johnson. He is hit dozens of times on the ground(illegal in boxing) and he still never goes cold. The stoppage happened primarily because he was in a position he couldn't escape. If anything it is a display of how strong his chin is.

There is a reason why boxers now wear three times as much as padding these days on the only weapon they hit with. When you take a knee, kick or elbow to the head as a profession let us know he-man.
