That fight was close which many including myself thought he was the victor of (not by a large margin, it was close). A good pro is determined by his abiity to hit and not get hit.
Lara probably did deserve the win but in the professionals you have to batter someone like Canelo to get the nod in that specfic case which is why he didn't get the decision. Hitting and not getting hit is perfectly fine. Hitting and running isn't if you want to box like that you gotta be like rigandeaux, Floyd, Ward or Bhop.... all of them stand in their and make their opponents pay.
By beautifully stand his ground do you mean stand flat footed desperately trying to shoulder roll while taking multiple clean punches?
Lara lost a complete Bradley-Pac like decision to PW and his other loss was a 50-50 fight with Canelo. He is on the brink of being an elite fighter IMO.
Lara is much better. Broner is probably inferior to him in all ways except for the fact that he has much better handspeed.
