On a side but related note, doesn't taking roids reduce **** and ball size? Could this be a contributing factor into why Floyd has a shamefully small schlanger? :think

I don't really believe Floyd is scared of Pacquiao. I think the reason the fight has never happened is mainly due to the following:

First and foremost, Floyd hates Arum and doesn't want Arum to profit off of him at all.

When you can make $30M to fight pretty much anyone, what is the incentive to really take a chance with someone who might be able to beat you?

Finally, I do think Floyd is obsessed with remaining undefeated and confuses it with being TBE. So, to go back to point number 2, why take a risk when you make $30M to fight someone with less of a chance? I do often wonder what would have happened if Floyd had lost the first Castillo fight. I think his opponent choices would have been different along the way.

 

I actually don't think Floyd is that much of a coward, i think it's ego. For starters, Floyd will just refuse to fight Pacquiao if others (arum and Pacquiao) try to pressure him into it. If Arum and Pacquia act like beta males, shut up and bend over backwards for whatever Floyd wants, the fight happens. Floyd is such a control, power hungry guy that he simply won't do anything unless it's on his terms; others have to just kiss his feet..end of story.

The other problem is that Floyd has talked so much sh$t over so many years that if he were to lose, his boxing ability would be under enormous scrutiny. People will think he ducked Pacquai for a good reason - he was afraid and just wanted to cherry pick easy opponents. Losing to Pacquiao would be confirmation of this to many fans and floyd's legacy would be severely dampened. It may be that Floyd was never scared and his ego just got in the way but fans will not see it this way.

 

But why call yourself 'Money' if you won't take the biggest pay day of your career?

And why would you fight 3 times for a sum of money, when you can earn it in one fight?

He calls himself a 'prize fighter' yet avoids his biggest pay day.

There is no contract for Floyd to sign.
The problem is that Showtime and HBO cant work out a viable agreement.
Pac decided to sign with Bob Arum who is with HBO.
Arum is a professional liar.
He know there is no fight and continues to disparage Floyd.
Floyd's hands are tied.
No contract has ever been put in front.

All the Pacquaio fans and objective non-biased writers are saying they want the fight, and how they don't understand why Mayweather won't agree to the negotiations.

Mayweather fans on the other hand constantly try to justify the fight not happening and actually celebrate with articles on the front page of this site.
