I've been on record saying if Floyd doesnt fight Pacquiao this year is a HUGE DUCK!! But i knew he would sign, espcially with him saying Khan isnt a draw. that means he was plannig for Pacquio all along!

Yes its not final to they'll sign but someone leaked that they would announce super bowl weekend to get maxium exposure!
