Why can't you debate in this manner when discussing Roy?

You've made some good, logical posts in this thread.

    I agree.

    But it works both ways.

There's lunatics on here that think Wlad would have beaten the HW's of the past like they were nothing.

For Mike first, im not talking about who will win Wlad or Tyson. Tyson was prime vs Douglas, you lose your prime, when you decline du to age. I see it that way. All other way, i mean, you get lazy and blq, blq, blq, is your problem. He may not be prepared enough for the fight, but that was his problem. Same goes with Wlad, thats why i write this thing.

For the time you lose, i cant agree and no one say you lose your prime in your early 30s or mid 30s. No one say you will be out of your prime if you lose in your 30s.
But the main thing is, when you lose at that point, you dont have much time to improve and see what weakness you have and what you doing wrong. Some guys like Tyson was beast from the begining and was complete fighters at 23 years, others are simply not.
In my book every lose hurt your legacy.
But for Klitschko dosnt matter, not because he is Klitshcko, and im fan of it, but simply because, this loses helped him, he become better and the most imporant thing, he goes undefeated for 11 years and 10 years without a single KD.
Anyway if he beat Louis record for longest time at the top as Champ and Unify, as well as beat that record of 25 defences, he is top 3 ATG material, no matter if someones like it or not. And he already is the longest reigning champion for IBF, WBA, WBO & IBO titles.
With the Jennings match, no matter if he win or lose, he will be tied with Louis on the first spot for the most HW Championship fights in history with 27, and in my mind, he will beat that record easy. He just need 2 fight, the one with Jennings to tied, and 1 more to be alone at top.
Klitschko fight all of his mandatory, never duck anybody, unify the belts and still fighting at top levels, even he is probably past his best, which i think was 2007-2012, but that is not going to be an excuse if he lose.

There's a fair amount of truth in the highlighted part. After Wladimir Klitschko had suffered his three losses against Ross Purrity, Corrie Sanders and Lamon Brewster, a case can be made that he showed little interest in settling the score. But once he had established himself as the top dog, he became a non bull**** champ. When David Haye moved up from CW and started to make noise, Wlad was quick to offer him a fight and even agreed to travel to UK. Hayes team screwed it all up, though ...

This is another reason to why Wlad will be remembered fondly.

:yikes That was.... a real fight...

I cant believe how bad they look. Ive never really watched much classic boxing, I wasn't expecting them to look that bad. That's quite shocking.

    stupidity has no limits.

The era was dominated by the greatest ever Ali.How can Ken then dominate?

He gave Ali in 3 fights all he could handle.Ken also beat Young.

Young would have schooled Vitali. Enough said :deal

I am reading no logic, only hate.....................

Vitali or Vlad would have knocked Holmes out. Holmes is jealous. Holmes said that Marciano could not fight, that he was not worthy of carrying his jock strap.................Holmes lost to a light heavyweight.........

Lewis admitted that he ducked Sanders..................Holmes couldn't beat Michael Spinks, a light heavyweight. Holmes was knocked out by Tyson. Snipes knocked Holmes down and almost out and Snipes has zero skills....................Vlad's jab is superior to Holmes, so is his left hook, hook off-the-jab, right hand and defense. By the way, ****ey knocked Norton out and would have beaten Holmes if the fight had been a 12 round fight instead of 15 and ****ey did not have much experience.................****ey was not in Klitschko's class.............

What in the world are you babbling on about? It took years for the Haye vs Wlad fight to be made. Haye had to chase him into a corner to get the fight.
The contracts offered to Haye were an 'utter joke' according to Haye himself and Wlad coming to England was never even an option never mind agreed on:nut

It was even written into the contract , should Wlad get cold feet or injured , Vitlai could step in at the last minute.

Then Wlad threatened to pull the plug if he didn't get a cut from Haye's Sky PPV money since he was bitter of doing no PPV numbers himself.

And whats this 'no bull chit champ':patsch

Wlad avoided many fighters after his loses. He did it by offering peanuts and slave contracts knowing they would not accept.
K2 did this to Valeuv, Maskerv, Toney and he flat out ducked Briggs 2007 and then Chisora.

'No bull chit champ:rofl:rofl Wlad is the biggest bull chit champ there ever was.

Oh Dinobot, whats up? How is your fake clubs? How is your a** after all the beating Wlad gives you? How is your phantasy fighters, that would beat Wlad? How many times you failed? How many times you cry, cry, cry like a little ***** ?
When you hate someone that much, you only show how good he is.
And its fun when you talk about slave contract, when most of the boxer have career high paycheck when they fight Wlad.
But morons like you, can only twisting the truth, he have nothing left.
Good luck on your new heroes i can`t wait to see you after Wlad beat them too.
