Once again... Manny, Arum, Koncz, Moonves, SHO, HBO, and Espinoza have ALL confirmed that there are negotiations. Floyd's the only one that has remained silent.

A one-on-one conversation w/ Pacquiao would literally accomplish NOTHING. Because whatever they talk to and agree to goes through TR/HBO and Haymon/SHO.
