If I were playing the devil's advocate, I'd say that's what Floyd wants people to think. He is showing everyone that he's "trying" to get the fight made, and when the fight falls through, he can say that he did everything he could but Pac's camp wouldn't agree. The fact that Floyd had ongoing talks with Cotto's camp while negotiating with Pac's camp doesn't sit well with me. It doesn't seem Floyd's camp was negotiating in good faith when they did that. Rafael and Lampley said May-Cotto 2 was almost a done deal and Ariza confirmed Floyd was not fighting Pacquiao. Canelo-Cotto would have been a great and lucrative fight so it's suspicious the talks fell through and strengthens the argument it's gonna be Floyd-Cotto 2. If May-Pac doesn't happen I'll believe that "meeting" was really just for show to make Floyd look better in the eye of the public.

• Floyd picks the ref
• Floyd picks the gloves
• Pacquiao has slowed down
• Vegas will cheat Pac

Where have you seen cottos camp and floyds camp have had ongoing talks? last i saw was cottos manager saying there was no talks on going.... There were RUMOURS but only because canelo cotto fell through, nobody official said a word.

 

First you guys say Floyd flies to another country when Pac is around (Africa, Australia). Now you say the fact that Floyd initiated a convo with Pac, face to face, is still cowardice?
