From the video, if some guy gets his head positioned on you like that simply get lower than him. If he is still ramming with his head than take a glove and push/pull him out of the way. Your opponent will only keep that position if you allow him to keep that position. He might complain that you are holding to the ref, just remind the ref that he is ramming with his head. One example, get your glove behind his head, step back pulling his head with you and rip an uppercut in to the middle of his face. Ofcourse follow with the hook. Another, bump him with your shoulder back wards and then pull his head forward while spinning out and taking a side.
