And here's why I didn't include some of the other folks mentioned. A top 10 was extremely hard to do.

    NOT QUITE TOP 10:

    MORALES
    -Jones, Barrera, Kelley, Pacquiao
-Lost to Raheem and Diaz, series to Barrera and Pacquiao (only prime losses were to Barrera)
    -Never won a lineal championship
    -Roids
    PACQUIAO
-Barrera x2, Morales x2, JMM x2, Hatton, Cotto, Bradley
-Loss to Morales, draw and KTFO6 to JMM, disputed loss to Bradley
-Losses to Morales and JMM and 3 disputed fights with JMM hurt him, as do the catchweight fights.
    -Lineal FLW/FW/JLW/LWW champ
    MCCALLUM
-Jackson, Curry, Graham, Watson, Collins, Kalambay
-Loss to Kalambay, disputed loss and draw with Toney
-Never won a lineal championship or elevated himself quite enough
    MAYWEATHER
-Hatton, JMM, ODLH, JLC, Cotto, Alvarez
-Disputed wins over JLC, ODLH, and Maidana
-Very few wins without some sort of asterisk, credible rumors of failed drug tests, very protected-looking resume, 6-year avoidance of Pacquiao.
    -Lineal JLW/LW/WW champ
    HOLYFIELD
-Qawi x2, Foreman, Cooper, Bowe, Rahman, Tyson x2
-Losses to Bowe x2, Lewis, Moorer, Ruiz, Toney, and Donald. Draws with Lewis and Ruiz
-Way too inconsistent, no really great wins.
    -Lineal CW/HW champ
    SANCHEZ
-Lopez x2, Gomez, Nelson by age 23
-Died too soon to make the list but would have
    -Lineal FW champ
    JMM
    -Barrera, Casamayor, Pacquiao.
-Draw with Pacquiao and disputed losses to Norwood, John, Pacquiao x2. Only clear losses were to Mayweather and Bradley.
-Just never really rose above the pack.
    -Roids
    -Lineal LW champ
    HAGLER
    -Hearns, Duran
    -Disputed loss to Leonard
-Very thin resume, and the Duran win was well past Duran's best
    -Lineal MW champ
    BARRERA
    -Hamed, Morales x2, Tapia, Kelley
-Lost to Pacquaio, JMM, Jones x2, and once to Morales.
    -Lineal FW champ
    -At their best: Morales>Pacquiao>Mayweather>JMM>Barrera
    HEARNS
    -Benitez, Duran, Cuevas, Hill
-Disputed draw with Leonard and losses to Leonard, Hagler, Barkley x2
    -At their best: Duran>Hagler>Leonard>Hearns
    RJJ
    -Tarver, Hopkins, Toney
    -Griffin, Tarver x2, Johnson
-Was never #1 in any division, consistently avoided the other champs in his divisions.
    -Roids
    TONEY
    -Nunn, Littles, Barkley
-Jones, Griffin x2, Thadzi, disputed wins over McCallum and Tiberi, disputed draw with McCallum
-Very inconsistent, and accomplished nothing above SMW (Holyfield was shot and who was Jirov?)
    -Roids
    WHITAKER
    -Nelson
-Loss to ODLH, disputed draw with Chavez.
-Avoided fighting Chavez until he was past his best, and has only one good win on his resume.
    -Lineal LW/WW champ
    TYSON
    -Spinks
-Losses to Holyfield x2, Lewis, Douglas
-Inconsistent and only one good win.
    -Lineal HW champ
    CALZAGHE
    -Disputed win over Hopkins
    -Only one good win.
    -Lineal SMW champ
